Appointing Michael J. Kubit to the position of vice president for Information Technology and chief information officer, effective Jan. 1, 2017.
Approving the appointment of Gary Gildin as dean of Dickinson Law, one of The Dickinson Schools of Law, effective immediately. Gildin, a professor of law and current interim dean, will remain in this leadership role until a comprehensive national search to fill the position is conducted and concluded, anticipated for during the 2018‐19 academic year.
Approving new fundraising opportunities aimed at providing donors to the University more options in benefiting faculty. The move provides two new faculty position endowments and broadens the current future funding policy for some faculty positions.
