As the multicultural coordinator for the College of Education, Abdullah works with the staff of the Office of Multicultural Programs to support the student body by establishing healthy connections within the academic community. He, alongside Maria Schmidt, assistant dean of multicultural programs, works to help students navigate academic resources, provide study space and student advising, and offer a variety of multicultural programming. Abdullah also is available to assist faculty and staff in facilitating the development of an infrastructure and climate that promotes and values diversity and multiculturalism within the college.
