Informational session offered Nov. 8 for 2022-23 Administrative Fellows Program

RSVP on or before Friday, Nov. 5

An informational session on the 2022-23 Administrative Fellows Program will be held Monday, Nov. 8, from 11 a.m. to noon via Zoom. The meeting is designed to allow past fellows to field questions from interested applicants in reference to the upcoming program, application process, and mentors.

The Administrative Fellows Program offers Penn State faculty and staff the opportunity to work with senior University officers to gain insight pertaining to the challenges of leadership in the academic community. Fellows increase their understanding of the contexts within which decisions are made and gain an enhanced understanding of the various units across the University.

Applicants must be tenure-line or non-tenure-line faculty who have held appointments of five years or longer or regular staff employees who have held appointments of five years or longer.

Mentors for the 2022-23 academic year will be Nicholas Jones, executive vice president and provost; Yvonne Gaudelius, vice president and dean for Undergraduate Education; and Lorraine Goffe, vice president for Human Resources and chief human resources officer. The program begins in early August and ends the following July.

If you are interested in attending the informational session, RSVP to Wendy Blumenthal on or before Friday, Nov. 5, by email at wjy100@psu.edu.

More information about the program is available on the website for the Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs at https://www.vpfa.psu.edu/administrative-fellows/.
