This week, we recognize three Penn Staters who go above and beyond what's asked of them in their work at the University.
Do you know someone who deserves a shout-out? If you do, consider taking a minute to nominate that person by filling out a short online form. For more information about the process, visit the "We Are!" guidelines.
This week, it's thank you to:
Gay Catherman, in the College of the Liberal Arts, whose nominator wrote: "Gay is wonderful with students and is always looking for ways to help them. She is a true Penn Stater. Her loyalty to the students, office and University is commendable."
Stephanie Miller, in the College of Engineering, whose nominator wrote: "Stephanie always shows great attention to detail and goes above and beyond in her work. Recently, she helped process a very large payment in which she sent faculty research funding to 67 projects across 14 campuses."
Maria Franek, with Penn State Law, whose nominator wrote: "Maria is a blessing to the Student Services office. Although her main duties are human resources, she assists when things are busy. Maria exemplifies the meaning of integrity and community. She is a team player and makes a difference here at the law school. Thank you Maria!"
