University Libraries displays exhibit on voting rights in America

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- In the 2016 presidential election, every U.S. citizen (provided they are of age and registered) will be able to vote, but as the exhibit "Journey to Inclusion: Voting Rights in America" illustrates, this was not always the case. The University Libraries exhibit, which on display through July 6, 2016, in 203 Pattee Library, reflects on nearly 240 years of voting rights history in the United States. Included in the display are historical posters, postcards and information from hundreds of book titles on voting rights available through Penn State’s University Libraries.
