Departments encouraged to include all information when shipping UPS

Penn State Mailing and Addressing wants to remind University departments to include their budget numbers when processing packages through UPS online. When processing a UPS shipment at http://www.ups.com/ online, Mailing and Addressing needs the department, budget, fund and project numbers (in that order) to have the package properly shipped. This information can be entered in "Reference Field #1" on the site's shipping screen.
