UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State Transportation Services has announced changes to University Park campus parking and transit services during the University's Thanksgiving holiday break.
Parking
Monday, Nov. 20, through Friday, Nov. 24
Core faculty/staff permit holders (Brown, Green, Orange, Red, Silver, Yellow) may park at the following student lots:
- Lot 11
- Lot 22
- Lot 81
- Lot 82
On Monday, Nov. 20, and Tuesday, Nov. 21, all other normal weekday faculty, staff, student and visitor parking regulations will remain in effect.
Wednesday, Nov. 22, through Friday, Nov. 24
Faculty/staff and student permit holders may park at Eisenhower Deck and all surface parking areas normally available to them during evening/weekend hours, but all other regular parking regulations will remain in effect.
Overnight restrictions between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. for the Commuter lots will remain in effect, and all reserved parking spaces, such as ADA, service/delivery, etc., will remain reserved.
Visitor parking will be available at no charge at the East, HUB, Nittany and West decks from Wednesday, Nov. 22, through 9 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 26.
CataBus Service
- Sunday, Nov. 19, through Sunday, Nov. 26 (except Thursday, Nov. 23 – see below for details) — Reduced service (including no White Loop or Red Link service).
- Thursday, Nov. 23 — No service.

Campus Shuttle
- Monday, Nov. 20 — Normal service.
- Tuesday, Nov. 21 — Service ends at 5 p.m.
- Wednesday, Nov. 22, through Friday, Nov. 24 — No service.
Transportation Services Office and Fleet Operations hours
- Monday, Nov. 20 — Normal hours.
- Tuesday, Nov. 21 — The Transportation Services Office will close at 4:30 p.m., and Fleet Operations will close at 5 p.m.
- Wednesday, Nov. 22, through Friday, Nov. 24 — Closed.
Bike Den hours
- Monday, Nov. 20, through Saturday, Nov. 25 — Closed.
