Penn State York honors students, faculty and staff on April 28

The 48th annual Penn State York Awards Ceremony is set for Sunday, April 28 at 2 p.m.  More than 80 awards will be presented to outstanding students, faculty and staff for the 2018-19 academic year.  Kristina E. Achievements of outstanding students, faculty and staff for the 2018-19 academic year will be recognized during the 48th annual Penn State York Awards Ceremony set for 2 p.m. Sunday, April 28, with awards being presented beginning at 2:30 p.m. The event will take place at Heritage Hills Golf Resort, 2700 Mt. Rose Ave., York, Pennsylvania. More than 80 awards will be presented during the program.

Awards will be presented by a variety of campus groups and several community organizations including the Rotary Club. Highlights of the program include the presentation of the Eric A. and Josephine S. Walker Award, the James H. Burness Awards for Excellence in Teaching, the Penn State York Advising Award, and the Faculty Scholarship and Creative Accomplishments Award.
