Negaholics: How To Handle Negativity In The Workplace (PRO 062)
Covers "hands-on" strategies for identifying what causes negativity in the workplace and how to successfully overcome it. Participants will have the opportunity to relate personal job experiences to the program and to develop and role play action plans which may then be utilized on the job. An Overview Of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI 001)
Offers an introduction to the philosophy of Continuous Quality Improvement.
