UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Registration remains open for We Are Weekend, set for June 21–22 on the University Park campus. The Penn State Alumni Association will host the popular two-day event, with more than 500 Penn Staters already planning to attend.
For alumni, family and friends traveling in from out of town, discounted room blocks are available at several State College-area hotels. Details are on the registration page’s “Lodging” tab. Attendees also can browse the agenda and see more information on the We Are Weekend website.
Saturday evening, there will be a carnival at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park, featuring game booths where participants can win great Alumni Association prizes. Attendees also can stop by home plate to have their photo taken by a professional photographer and enjoy a fireworks display that will cap the evening.
