Support requests involving
outages for mission critical functions such as immediate teaching needs,
core infrastructure (campus network and servers), and telecommunications
will receive urgent attention. Please allow a minimum of five (5) business
days for completion of all other requests. We will try to accommodate
requests as soon as possible within the constraints of the current workload.
Requests with larger scopes may require more than five (5) days to complete.
When a larger scope request is received, the IT staff will provide an
estimated completion time for the request.
