User Services Conference 2011

A Conversation on Support

The sixth User Service Conference will be held Monday, March 21, 2011, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Penn Stater at University Park.

This annual conference is designed for staff who provide IT support to departments, colleges, campuses, and offices. Participants at this year's conference will have the opportunity to interact with their colleagues in a forum setting as we take a look at the challenges and issues we face in providing support to our users.
