School of Public Policy to Host Webinars on Master of Public Policy Degree

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State's School of Public Policy will host a series of webinar presentations about the Master of Public Policy (MPP) program. Sessions will be offered throughout the semester.

The presentations will focus on curriculum, the application process, options for Penn State undergraduates, program requirements, leadership programs, careers in public policy, and graduates' earning potential. The live sessions will last 45 minutes and include time for questions from attendees. 

The webinar schedule is:

  • Thursday, Oct. 13, at 1 p.m. 
  • Wednesday, Nov. 2, at 1 p.m. 
  • Wednesday, Dec. 7, at 1 p.m.

Current students ShiAnne Mack, MPP class of 2023, and Qian Zhang, MPP class of 2023, will answer questions from participants and discuss their motivations for pursuing advanced degrees in public policy at Penn State. Tima Moldogaziev, director of graduate programs, will provide an overview of the program during each webinar.

Online registration is required; the streaming link will be provided upon registration. 

The School of Public Policy was established in 2018 as a hub for policy research and curriculum. Penn State's MPP program is ranked in the top third of programs in the country and attracts students from around the globe.
