HERSHEY, Pa. — A service of commemoration and gratitude in recognition of those who have given the gift of donating their bodies to medical education and research was held recently at the Hershey Cemetery. The April 25 service was planned by the Penn State College of Medicine medical students who benefit from the body donations. It was moderated by first-year class officers. The service, which was attended by family members of those who donated their bodies, featured poems and special readings, student reflections and music.
