Lynn Matincheck, with Penn State Hershey, whose nominator wrote: "Lynn keeps our department super-organized and does the extra little things that add a caring touch. Most recently, when students approached our department to help refugee families relocating to Harrisburg, Lynn promptly created a spreadsheet of needed items and kept everyone updated via email."
Linda Fultz, with World Campus, whose nominator wrote: "In her position in the World Campus bursar's office, Linda has been an invaluable source of information and assistance in navigating issues and questions related to student bills. Even in times of high stress, she responds with an attitude of helpfulness."
