UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Making copies or printing files? Starting Wednesday, May 10, HUB CopyCentral services will transition to the id+ Office location at University Park. The hours of operation will be 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. The last day of operations in its current location will be Friday, May 5.

Faculty, staff and students who previously utilized the HUB CopyCentral location for all of their printing and copying needs will have new options. Still, they can expect the same quality and timely service.

PSU Prints is an online portal that allows Penn State customers to order prints, posters, stationery and more. It’s an easy-to-use tool available on desktop or mobile that can easily help place orders for prints with the Multimedia and Print Center. Customers can sign up for a PSU Prints account and pick up orders at MPC located in the Hostetter Building on the University Park campus, or at the id+ Office in the HUB’s lower level next to the Penn State Bookstore.

“In Auxiliary and Business Services, we are committed to providing quality service across all of our units and that includes handling the printing and copying needs of the University Park campus faculty, staff and students,” said David Snyder, associate vice president of Auxiliary and Business Services. “Our campus customers can expect MPC to provide top-notch quality service with printing and pickup locations in the HUB and at the Hostetter Building.”

University Park faculty, staff and students are encouraged to use one of the following options for their printing and copying needs:

  • Multimedia and Print Center: Offers printing and copying services through PSU Prints. Item pickup is located at the Hostetter Building or the id+ Office (upon request) at 20 HUB-Robeson Center on the lower level.

  • Paw Prints: Cloud-based, pay-as-you-go printing at kiosks located across campus. On the University Park campus, customers can print 8 ½ x 11 across campus. One printer at the Penn State University Libraries Pattee location prints 11 x 17.

  • HUB Marketing Office: Assists recognized student organizations with their marketing needs, including poster printing, event ticket printing and advertising.
